Terms of service.

By engaging with SocialDrive for digital marketing services, content creation, or digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Due to the digital nature of all work provided, SocialDrive maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to digital products, content packages, consulting sessions, or ongoing social media management services. If you wish to cancel monthly or ongoing services, a 30-day written notice is required, submitted via email to marketing@getsocialdrive.com. Work and billing will continue through the completion of the 30-day notice period, and failure to provide proper notice will result in continued service charges.

Clients are responsible for timely communication, approvals, and providing all necessary materials in order to prevent delays. All invoices are due upon receipt, and late or failed payments may result in paused services or termination. Any content or materials created by SocialDrive remain the property of SocialDrive until the client’s account is paid in full; once payment is satisfied, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for their business. SocialDrive is not liable for lost revenue, platform outages, account restrictions, or any results outside of its control. All services are provided as-is without guarantees of specific outcomes.
